HUGH GRAHAM
GENERAL MANAGER VICE PRESIDENT OF CLUB OPERATIONS

Born in Rapid City, South Dakota, Hugh is the newest member of our team. He has lived in Americus, GA - Findlay, OH - and Ashland, OR. He also spent time in Bonita Springs and Naples from 1982-1992. In 1978, Hugh graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. During his time in Naples, Hugh was a member of the culinary team at Chef's Garden restaurant in Olde Naples and Pelican Bay Country Club. He then moved on to Spanish Wells Country Club, where he was the Food & Beverage Director for 7 years. His next club opportunity was with Club Operation & Property Management (COPM). While there, he held Food & Beverage/Club Management positions. He helped 8 different clubs/properties located throughout the southern states over a 2 1/2 year period. His task was to troubleshoot & ultimately turn each property around. Afterwards, Hugh & his wife, Sue moved to Ashland, Oregon, where he managed the Rogue Valley Country Club for 10 years. In his spare time, Hugh enjoys fishing, hiking, cooking & golf. SPEAKING OF GOLF, Hugh had a 189 yard HOLE IN ONE in 1984 while golfing at Pelican Bay--THAT was a day to remember! |
